1. About Our Products
All cards produced by The Proxy Lab are substitutes for play and personal collecting, commonly known as "Proxies," and are marked as such. Cards with a client's chosen custom design or standard Luxury Ball back will feature a non-original back design. Cards ordered on original cardstock will be stamped with a transparent glossy varnish imprint reading "PROXY" on both the front and back of the card, ensuring transparency and preventing misrepresentation. This stamp, while printed on the front, does not affect the visual appearance of the card. It is intended to prevent resale via online marketplaces.
2. Disclaimer
All products sold by The Proxy Lab are custom proxy cards produced strictly for personal collecting and non-competitive play. Our products are not official, nor are they endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, GAME FREAK, Creatures Inc., Wizards of the Coast, Bandai, Bandai Card Games, Konami, or any other rights holder. All card names and artwork referenced are the property of their respective owners. The Proxy Lab is not responsible for any misuse of this product beyond its intended purpose.
3. Intended Use
By purchasing from The Proxy Lab, you confirm that you are acquiring these products for personal collecting or casual non-competitive play only. Resale of our products through online marketplaces or misrepresentation as official cards is strictly prohibited.
4. Custom Orders
All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified. Cancellations are accepted until the order is fulfilled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
5. Fulfillment
Orders are typically fulfilled within one week of purchase. Fulfillment times may vary depending on order volume. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
6. Intellectual Property
The Proxy Lab does not claim ownership of any card names, characters, artwork, or trademarks belonging to their respective rights holders. Our service consists solely of the physical production of customer-requested proxy cards for personal use.
7. Customer-Submitted Designs
The Proxy Lab acts as a specialized design and printing service. When customers submit their own artwork or design files, The Proxy Lab prints those designs as requested and is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted content. By submitting a design, the customer represents that they have the right to use and reproduce that design.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Proxy Lab is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of our products, including but not limited to attempted resale, use in sanctioned competitive play, or any other use beyond personal collecting and casual play.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
