Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are custom-made and typically take up to one week to fulfill before shipping.
Domestic Shipping (Honduras)
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within Honduras. Please note that any fees assessed upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL and Standard mail. International customers can choose from two shipping options at checkout:
- Standard International Mail — Economy shipping that may take up to 8 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.
- DHL Express — Faster delivery with priority handling and a flat rate. Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon arrival in their country.
In applicable countries — Tax ID or equivalent will be required for customs clearance.
Packaging
Every order is packed with care to protect your cards during transit. All items are shipped in rigid Top Loader cases and secured in bubble-wrapped envelopes or boxes.
Tracking
Tracking information for DHL Express shipments will be provided once your order has shipped. We cannot guarantee accurate tracking info for Standard Mail.
